1. Governance of Agreement
By engaging the logistics and forwarding services of NOSTALGIA OAK WAREHOUSE OF N.Y., INC., you're agreeing to the comprehensive operational protocols outlined herein. Do you understand that these terms form a legally binding contract between the carrier and the shipper? We've designed these regulations to ensure that every transit movement is handled with absolute clarity.
2. Liability & Cargo Policy
Our liability for loss or damage is strictly governed by standard industry cargo insurance limits. We aren't responsible for delays caused by force majeure or statutory customs inspections. Specific freight transportation claims must be submitted in writing within 14 business days of delivery.

3. Warehousing & Storage
Goods stored in our Staten Island facility are subject to monthly recurring charges. You'll ensure that all hazardous cargo is properly declared before arrival. Should specialized equipment be required for unloading, notification must be provided 48 hours in advance. It's about efficiency. Total efficiency.
4. Payment Provisions
Invoices for forwarding and delivery services are payable net-15 unless otherwise specified. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge. We've optimized our billing to keep your cargo moving without administrative friction.
